("FMIE") is authorised by the Commissariat aux Assurances to establish insurance activities headquartered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and to underwrite policies throughout the European Economic Area (EEA) via branches established in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and Sweden and on a freedom of services basis in the remaining member states. FMIE is also authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority to establish insurance activities and underwrite policies in Switzerland via a Swiss branch.
