We use a simple process that revolves around our clients. Our goal is to create partnerships that are face-to-face, personal and long-term, and to foster dialogue that leads to customised services and effective deployment of our products and services in support of jointly agreed client objectives.
Step 1: The Plan
To ensure that we are efficiently deploying our products and services in support of your goals and objectives, we work with you to jointly develop and agree an annual Client Service Plan. This comprises:
- Documented objectives
- Action items
- Allocated responsibility and due dates
Step 2: Execute
Effective communication is the key to effective execution, especially when a plan has to be carried out on multiple fronts, at multiple locations and in multiple countries. We work closely with you to ensure that our joint plan of action is effectively communicated within both our organisations, and that all interactions are as effective as possible.
Step 3: Review
With all of the key players present, we jointly review progress against the Client Services Plan in a formal and comprehensive Stewardship Report. We also use this time together to review what worked well, what didn't, and begin to formulate the plan for the coming year.
Step 4: Propose
We present a Renewal Proposal which confirms both the details of our proposed insurance terms and conditions, and includes a draft of the Client Service Plan and Policy Document for the coming year.
