• report a loss via email or phone; and
• contact your FM Global client service team;  
• receive important updates and alerts via new Global Message Center; and
• view policy and claims information (based on user profile).

Note: To use MyRisk® Mobile, you must already be a registered user of MyRisk®, FM Global’s secure client website that delivers essential risk management information, tools and solutions.
